By placing an order with Endless Endeavour ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.



1. Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory discrepancies.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time an order is placed. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

4. Shipping

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Endless Endeavour is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. All Sales Final

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our products and production processes, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Accidental purchases

    Please review sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

    Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

    6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue.

    If we determine that the item is defective or incorrect, we will, at our discretion:

    • replace the item;
    • repair the issue where appropriate; or
    • issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

    2. 7. Product Variations

    Minor differences in color, print placement, texture, stitching, sizing, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes, photography, lighting, monitor settings, or handcrafted production methods.

    These minor variations do not constitute defects.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All artwork, graphics, designs, logos, product names, photographs, and other content are the exclusive property of Endless Endeavour and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endless Endeavour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

    Our maximum liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

    10. Force Majeure

    We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen events.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Any legal dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
